Active Childcare at Westmont Yard is a licensed, full service daycare and preschool located inside a 75,000+ square foot indoor sports complex at 233 W. 63rd Street in Westmont, Illinois.
We accept children from 6 weeks old through Pre-K (approximately age 6) and operate Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Our facility includes dedicated classrooms for 5 age groups: Infant Care (6 weeks to 15 months), Toddler Care (15 months to 2 years), Two-Year-Old Care (2 to 3 years), Preschool (3 to 4 years), and Pre-Kindergarten (4 to 6 years).
Every classroom incorporates age appropriate curriculum including science, literacy, music, art, sensory play, and dramatic play.

Children have daily access to a 5 level indoor play structure, a large inflatables area, 3 indoor turf fields totaling over 100 yards of play space, and outdoor playgrounds with equipment for every age. Your child will have access to Milwaukee Yard, a 101,000+ square foot indoor sports facility with over 100 yards of turf for year-round play. With both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, weather is never a limitation.

Enrollment in Active Childcare includes the option for discounted weekday Mighty Tykes soccer classes, a child-focused program built around fun and development.
Infant Care (6 weeks – 15 months)
Active Childcare’s Infant Care program in Westmont, IL is for babies ages 6 weeks to 15 months. Infants follow individualized feeding and rest scheduled in a bright, cheerful classroom. Our teachers create a safe, nurturing environment that supports language development, fine and large motor skills, hand-eye coordination, social development, and infant massages.
Toddler Care (15 months – 2 years)
Our Toddler Care program in Westmont, IL is for children ages 15 months to 2 years. Weekly thematic units support social, language, and motor development within a structured yet flexible schedule that adapts each child’s needs. Our teachers foster intellectual and emotional growth through language, music, sensory exploration, arts and crafts, and dramatic play.
Two-Year-Old Care (2 – 3 years)
